工学博士,教授、博士生导师。一直在华东理工大学从事教学科研工作,曾作为访问学者在日本京都大学和美国佛罗里达大学进行研究工作。作为课题负责人主持了多项国家自然科学基金、863国家高科技计划、国家重大专项课题以及生物制药、发酵行业等工业应用型课题。曾获国家科技进步二等奖和明治生命科学奖。发表SCI论文80余篇,授权专利15项。

研究方向:

1. 微生物过程工程:利用组学研究、13C稳定性同位素标记技术、全基因组代谢模型等研究生物反应器发酵/生物过程的调控和优化。

2. 益生菌筛选及其益生机理研究:研究肠道微生物对人类慢病形成/生理代谢变化的影响和机理,筛选对于人类慢病有预防/治疗作用的益生菌和组方。
