       张敬宇,副教授。2012年6月毕业于中国药科大学药物化学专业,获得理学博士学位,同年进入中国科学院微生物研究所从事博士后研究(合作导师张立新教授)。2016年9月入职6165cc金沙总站。长期从事微生物来源的活性天然产物发现、微生物天然产物的生物合成机制解析,现已发表学术论文10余篇,包括发表在Nature BiotechnologyScience BulletinOrganic LettersAppllied Microbiology Biotechnology等期刊上。申请/授权国家发明专利9件,授权3件。多次参加国际学术会议并做报告,获得2017年第六届实验室自动化与筛选国际会议的Travel award(全球6名/届),是国际学术期刊Appllied Microbiology BiotechnologyChemistry of Natural Compounds的论文审稿人。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市青年科技启明星计划(A类)、国家重点研发计划子课题,作为主要技术骨干参与国家重点研发计划子课题、十二五“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多个项目。

 

研究方向:

1. 微生物来源的活性天然产物挖掘:基于生物信息学技术,快速发现放线菌和真菌来源的新颖活性天然产物。

2. 新颖活性天然产物的生物合成机制解析:利用异源表达等策略解析活性天然产物生物合成机制。
